Judgement

My children make a pastime of judging one another—and themselves. But I am the only capable Judge, and I have acquitted you through My own blood. Your acquittal came at the price of My unparalleled sacrifice. That is why I am highly offended when I hear My children judge one another or indulge in self-hatred.

If you live close to Me and absorb My Word, the Holy Spirit will guide and correct you as needed. There is no condemnation for those who belong to Me.

“Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.” —Luke 6:37

Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day—and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing. —2 Timothy 4:8

He saved us, not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy. He saved us through the washing of rebirth and renewal by the Holy Spirit. —Titus 3:5

Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. —Romans 8:1

Why do we judge one another? Is it because we are insecure? Why do we judge ourselves? Do you feel unrighteous?

No one has the right to make judgment on someone else. And we should not be looking in the mirror and judging ourselves either. GOD is the ONLY one who shall make a judgement call. On our final day, your friends will not be the ones who get you into heaven, your looks and charm will not get you into heaven either, but our Heavenly Father will!

It is hard to turn away from judgement because we live in a world where there is pressure to constantly be the best. Be the prettiest, be the skinniest, be rich, be perfect, etc, etc. the list could go on for ever. However when these things come to our minds, we shall ask God to cleanse our spirits and minds and it put what is important at the forefront of our visions.

Titus 3:7 mentions, "So that, having been justified by his grace, we might become heirs having the hope of eternal life." What is going to get us into heaven? Listening to Gods truth and obeying what he need us to do. Gods grace is what will grant us a pass into heaven, not what others think of us here on earth.

So today I challenge you to stop the judgements, don't look in the mirror and think "What if I was skinnier?" or "Look at Mary, she parades around in her fancy car thinking she is queen of the neighborhood." or "I think I should have been the one up there giving the speech instead of Jim, he was awful!" Keep those comments to yourself, you are only bringing down others around you and letting the Devil rear his ugly head. Ask God to grant you his grace and your mind will be at peace.
